Every Nourishing Nails set is checked before it leaves us. If something is not right, we will make it right - fast.
What is covered
- Your set arrived damaged, leaking or crushed
- We sent the wrong item or shade
- Manufacturing faults - a dried-out pen, broken brush tip, cracked barrel or a cap that will not seal
- Anything that stopped working through no fault of yours
How to make a claim
- Email officialnourishingnails@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo or short video of the problem
- We reply within 1 working day and sort out a free replacement or full refund - your choice
Approved warranty claims are shipped back to you free of charge anywhere in South Africa.
What is not covered
- Polish that has simply been used up, or normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, drops, or storage in direct sunlight and extreme heat
- Slight colour differences between the product and your screen (screens display colour differently)
- Products that you or someone else has opened, thinned or altered
