2. Using this site

By browsing or placing an order you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract, and that the details you provide at checkout are accurate.

3. Products and orders

  • Sets are photographed as true-to-life as possible, but screens display colour differently - slight variation from your screen is normal
  • All orders are subject to availability. If a set sells out after you order, we will cancel and refund you in full
  • We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error) and refund you in full if we do

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Yoco 3D-encrypted payment page - payment is taken when you place your order

5. Delivery and returns

We currently deliver within South Africa only. Delivery is described in our Shipping & Delivery page and returns in our Returns & Refunds page. Both form part of these terms. Product guarantees are described in our Warranty Info page.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site - branding, photos, text and nail-art designs - belongs to Nourishing Nails or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no fraud, scraping, hacking, automated ordering, or reselling our products without consent.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order it relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

How we collect and handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
