Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. As soon as your parcel is on its way you will get a confirmation email.
Delivery within South Africa
- Standard delivery - FREE on orders over R399 (R100 on orders under R399) - 5-8 business days
- Express delivery - R150 - 3-5 business days
We currently deliver within South Africa only - international orders are not available for now.
Tracking your order
When your parcel leaves us you will receive an email with your courier tracking number. Paste it into our Track your order page to follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Good to know
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery windows are estimates.
- Please check your delivery address at checkout - if you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible at officialnourishingnails@gmail.com and we will try to catch it before your order ships.
- Not home when the courier arrives? Your courier will follow their standard procedure for missed deliveries - keep your tracking number handy.
